PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Q: What will e-readers like about your book?

1. Content: The Samurai Diet combines anthropological studies (caveman and healthy cultural diets), scientific research, and real world practical experience (as a fitness model and physique coach) to teach readers an efficient plan geared towards improving health AND slashing body fat.  It is backed by science, but also provides practical strategies readers can apply to achieve real world results.

2. Format:  The book is broken up into 112 short, digestible "lessons".  This makes for a quick read and serves as a valuable ongoing resource:  readers can refer back to any topic of interest at a moment's notice.  The Appendix section provides a nutrition database, food charts, individualized calculations, and sample diets.

Q: Why did you go indie?

Much of the established nutrition standards we have come to accept as "healthy" are heavily influenced by the billion-dollar refined foods industry.  The fitness industry is full of scammers pumping out products and content that is focused on what sells, not what is effective.  I wanted to give people the truth.  I wanted to write what I truly believe, without my teachings being edited to fit in with the status quo.

Q: Who are your favorite authors in your genre?

Loren Cordain, Ori Hofmekler, Asker Jeukendrup, Chris Aceto.
